As our products are digital downloads, they are exempt from standard distance-selling cancellation rights under UK consumer law. However, if you experience a material technical fault caused by an error on our part - for example a file that is corrupted, incomplete or does not perform as described - you are entitled to a remedy. Fault reports must be submitted within 48 hours of first download or access and must clearly describe the technical issue. We will investigate and, where the fault is confirmed to be on our side, we will provide a corrected file or appropriate resolution. General dissatisfaction or a change of mind does not qualify for a remedy under this policy.

You can cancel your subscription at any time - there are no lock-in contracts. Log in to your account and go to Billing & Subscription, or contact our support team and we will cancel it for you. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain full access until that date.
