Below you will find answers to some common billing questions that we are asked on a regular basis, if your question is not answered below, please contact us using the form to the right of this page.

Why doesn't my password work?

Keep in mind that your username and password are case sensitive and must be entered with the exact upper and lowercase letters received in your sign up email. Having security software installed and running such as Norton's may also cause some users issues with accessing our secure areas, simply try disabling the software and try logging in again.

In addition, if your credit or debit card payment was declined, our trusted third-party payment processor may have disabled your account. Check that your payment was successful and if not, contact the billing provider and update your payment information.

I have not received my login information.

Your account username and password will be sent to the email address you used when you signed up. If you are using a free email service such as Gmail or Yahoo, please check that the email did not go to your spam / junk folder.

I forgot my username / password.

If you do not know the email address you used to sign up, simply contact us using the form on the right-hand side of this page and let us know your name and any other information we can use to identify you and we will resend your login information to you by email.

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept payments made by credit card, PayPal and Amazon Payments.

What company will I be billed by?

Your credit or debit card will be discreetly billed by either CCBill, PayPal or Amazon Payments. The name of the billing company will show up on your credit/debit card statement.

You can cancel your account access at any time by contact the trusted third-party payment processor who billed your credit or debit card.
