Digital Piracy.

Web Health Concepts LLC does not permit its content to be distributed by unauthorized third parties including on peer-to-peer (p2p) systems, torrents, cyber lockers, message boards, tube sites or in publications. While part of the reason for this policy is to keep our intellectual property from being disseminated by people who are not authorized or licensed to distribute our content, there are other reasons why we discourage the use of peer-to peer-software and tube sites to acquire, trade, or otherwise share or download our intellectual property, including maintaining low cost for our clients.

It is a violation of federal law to distribute copyrighted materials without authorization.

At Web Health Concepts LLC, we value our customers, and we don't want to see any of you get into legal trouble for distributing our content, or the content of any other rights holder, whether it is a movie studio, a record company, author, publisher or another online information company.

If the fact that it is illegal to distribute copyrighted content without authorization isn't enough to persuade you that you shouldn't do it, consider the potential consequences of getting caught doing it and ask yourself if the expense and blemish on your permanent legal record that getting caught would create is worth the risk.

Web Health Concepts LLC strongly protects our intellectual property and will prosecute any and all individuals who violate our intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law including criminal charges for digital piracy which carries a maximum fine of $250,000 and up to 5 years in jail.

If you think you may have seen our intellectual property being used by unauthorized individuals online please contact us using the form on the right-hand side of this page to report it, you may be eligible for a reward.
